"I received multiple offers on a listing and Kellie’s offer won over a handful received. What stuck out to me about Kellie was she just did not email over the offer, but she made a point to visit with me one the phone so she could make a connection for her clients. She asked great questions regarding what the Sellers were truly looking for in an offer and the Sellers accepted her clients offer even though a higher net offer was received. Even after helping us find the perfect home, is still helping us navigate through the after math of purchasing our first home. "Kellie was the consummate professional. I have had several not so pleasant experiences with realtors. Seems most just want to set up an automated email, let you dig through all the properties, and let them know which ones you want to see. I can do that on trulia. Kellie took the exact opposite approach. She asked questions, learned exactly what I was looking for and she weeded through all the listings and only presented the ones that met my criteria. It may sound like a small thing, but the attention to detail, wanting to help me find exactly what I was looking for, not wasting my time, reminds me of how real estate agents used to be. It is nice to see there are still realtors willing to offer a great level of service. Oh and did I mention she took three calls from me while she was driving to her nephew’s graduation on her vacation? Sorry, Kellie :)
